Common courtesy when you visit the clinic

- Please come 5 - 10 minutes before your appointment timing. 
We will not accept early or late comers.
This is to ensure we can control our crowd accordingly, do understand that we are doing this to help curb the spread of the COVID- virus. Do your part in protecting our staff, patients and yourself.

- There will also be substantial waiting time even if you have an appointment and this should be a common understanding between the clinic and their patients since there will be emergencies, differing situations that needs more time to diagnose and treat. There should be an expectation of a more than 1 hour waiting time when you visit the clinic. 

- Please do not raise your voice or demand immediate service at the clinic, there have been abusive behaviours towards the staff and this will not be tolerated. There are seniors staff here and they are doing their best to serve you. We are here to provide a service. 

- Please bring your white appointment card with you when you come, this will help the uncles and aunties at the counter to do their job easier. It is hard to keep track of so many patients as there are many with the same name, the card helps us to identify you quickly and thus will speed up the process in the clinic. 

-We understand that your child is feeling unwell and you need urgent attention, but there are also other children and parents who also needs the same attention. Let's be understanding towards each other. Come on your appointment time and wait your turn.
