Registration and queue matters
Q: It is my first time visiting the clinic, what do i have to bring for registration?
A: You don't have to bring anything, you just need to know your child's birth cert number or IC for self registration.
Q: Why do you need my birth certificate or NRIC?
A: Under the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (TCMP) Act and the Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines (ECEG), we are required by law to collect and maintain proper and accurate medical records to a high degree of fidelity which shall include name, NRIC, address.

Q: Can I book an appointment?
A: Yes we take appointments by online booking. Please click on this link 预约 / Online Booking.
Q: What if i am late for my appointment?
A: You have 10-15 minutes grace period, afterwhich, your appointment will be invalid.
Q: What if I missed my number?
A: If you have missed your number, please inform the registration counter.
Q: How long do I usually have to wait?
A: Weekday wait time is generally between 30 mins to 1 hour.
Weekend wait time is generally is between 1 hour to 2 hours.
We will update our queue numbers on facebook on weekends.
Q: When is the clinic less crowded?
A: Weekdays is low peak, and weekends is high peak hours. so we recommend booking on the weekdays!
Q: What time should I reach the clinic ?
A: Please do not come near our closing hours. Patient registration will generally close 30min before closing time.
Treatment and Medication Matters
Q: My child is 2 - 8 weeks old, can they still come for treatment? How old does she have to be for tuina?
A: We treat kids as young as a 2 weeks old. For child tuina, the most beneficial age is under the age of 7.
Q: What ailments can child massage treat?
A: Child massage is believed to be effective for many child ailments such as cold, flu, cough,fever, indigestion, colic, sinus, asthma, eczema.
It is also said to be beneficial for increasing immunity and maintaining the health as well as growth and development of the child.
Q: Can I feed my child before the massage?
A: Yes you can, but please do not feed him/her heavy meals, and inform our physicians or therapists beforehand.
Q: Do my child have to consult a physician for massage?
A: Yes. Our physicians must ascertain the condition of the child first as well as prescribe the treatment before massage.
Q: My child has been here before, can we go for the massage without consultation?
A: No. Our physicians must ascertain the condition of the child first as well as prescribe the treatment before massage.
Q: I am taking other medication. Can I also take TCM herbs or medication?
A: Please inform our physicians if you are on other medication so they can advise you accordingly.
Transport Matters
Q: Is there parking around or in the building?
A: Yes there is parking in the building. The parking charges are:
$1.20 per hour Mon-Sat 8am-11pm
$3.20 per entry Sun & PH
Please park in the lots not marked in red.
Q: How do I get here by public transport?
A: You can take the train to EW8 Kembangan MRT station, our clinic is locate 3 mins away in the building opposite the station.
Payment and Claims
Q:How much does treatment cost per session?
A: Generally, the range for treatment is as follows:
Child massage treatment without medication: 42-70 SGD
Child massage treatment with medication: 50-100 SGD
Adult Consultation with medication: 50 - 90 SGD
Adult Consultation with Massage and Medication: 80-100 SGD
Q: Can I pay with NETS/Credit Card?
A: We accept cash or NETS payment, PayLah!, NetsQR, Paynow
Q: Are you certified by Ministry of Health?
A: Yes. All our physicians are certified under the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act under MOH.
Q: Can I claim for insurance or company medical benefits?
A: It depends on your insurance or company policy. Most major insurance companies now cover TCM treatments.
Please ask our counter staff for an official receipt for your claims.
Q: Are your Medical Certificates recognized?
A: It depends on your organization or school policy on MCs issued by TCM physicians. Please inform our physicians beforehand if you require an MC.
