外洗方

1. 先把草药振在水里30 分钟。
2. 把水煮滚了之后，小火煮一个小时。
3. 让草药稍微凉
4. 用肥皂和水洗藻先。
5. 用药水帮孩子冲凉。
6. 用清水帮他清除药物。

    一包可以使用两次。

Herbal Bath

1. Soak the herbs in a pot for 30 minutes
2. Set the water to boil and let it simmer for 1 hour
3. Let the medicine cool
4. Before application, please bathe with soap and water.
5. Bathe with the herbal concoction
6. Rinse with water.

The bag can be used twice a day for infants and once a day for older children.
Add water if needed but it is recommended to use it straight from the pot.
