红紫草/ Skin Ointment

1.一整罐的椰油倒进锅里。
2.小火煮至冒烟即可（注意不可煮沸腾）。
3.放置大约20分钟降温。
4.放入草药搅拌均匀。
5.搅拌均匀后，连草药一起倒入一个玻璃罐子里储存。
6.用棉签沾取药油，涂抹在皮肤上（一天3次）。
*药油可能会导致染色，上药时请避免穿着浅色衣物。

1. Pour a whole bottle of coconut oil in a pot.
2. Heat over low flame until it starts to steam. (Do Not Boiled.)
3. Let it cool down about 20 minutes.
4. Add herbs and stir well.
5. Pour mixture into glass container.
6. Use cotton bud to apply 3 times daily.
*The Skin Ointment may cause staining. Avoid wearing light-colored clothing when applying.
