Dear Parents/Patients, 

Due to the Covid Situation, we had to implement the booking system to control the crowd. Please note that there is still a waiting time even though you have booked a slot. 

We hope our customers can understand that every the consultation time for every child is different, and we try to give everybody a fair chance to be receive treatment to serve as many children/patients as possible, this will cause delays. However, we will do our best to accommodate every child and parents. 

Our staff will not tolerate any abusive/unreasonable/demanding behaviours from patients/customers and reserve the right to reject service/treatment to anybody behaving in this manner. They deserves the right to work in a fair and safe environment.
